2023 REGIONAL JURIED PHOTO EXPOSITION
1 of 3 events the DAC sponsors annually.
THE WINDOW OF ENTRY HAS CLOSED.

The following are the rules and requirements for entering the 2023 Clarksville Downtown Artists Co-Op (DAC) Regional Juried Photography Exposition. Please read the prospectus carefully and adhere to the guidance within.

ARTIST AND WORK ELIGIBILITY
All artists 18 years or older residing in Tennessee or Kentucky may enter. All work submitted must be produced using some form of camera image capture. All work must have been completed within the past 3 years. All work must be original and solely created by the artist. All work submitted via the online entry process will be eligible for display and for juried awards. Work will be juried for awards based on content, visual elements, creativity, technical execution, presentation, and overall impact.

LIMITATIONS
Digitally edited, HDR or composite images are allowed if manipulation/editing is used as a presentational tool in support of the image’s organic photographic elements. Digital manipulation/editing may be applied to simple and minor formatting, cropping, sizing, and natural balance tone, and color. This is not a juried-for-entry show. Submission of entry does not equate to acceptance – accepting art is at the discretion of the DAC when receiving the photographic art. All entrance fees are nonrefundable.

RISK AND LIABILITY
Completion of the entry form constitutes agreement by the entrant that there shall be no liability on the part of the Downtown Artists Co-op or any members or sponsors for loss, damage, or destruction of any works. Insurance of artwork is the sole responsibility of the participating entrant. By entering this event, you give consent to the DAC to use imagery of work exclusively for promotion of the exhibition and DAC.

CATEGORIES
Artists may submit a total of 3 works. Categories are aligned to previous years’ categories and are listed below with examples. The Alternative Process category has been eliminated.
