Dawn is a Tennessee based artist who maintains a studio in Franklin,TN. For many decades, she has worked as a passionate painter, teacher and mentor. Experienced as a judge, she has selected winners for many regional and national competitions. Most recently, she was a judge for “The International”  a portrait and figurative competition for the  Portrait Society of America where she serves as Vice-Chairman.
