Intent of this annual open exhibition is to showcase the absolute best photography from regional photographers.  Photography will be juried for awards based on organic content, technical qualities, presentation and overall impact as determined by the juror.

RISK AND LIABILITY
Completion of the entry form constitutes agreement by the entrant that there shall be no liability on the part of the Downtown Artists Co-op or any members or sponsors for loss, damage, or destruction of any works.  Insurance of artwork is the sole responsibility of the participating entrant.  By entering this event, you give consent to the DAC to use imagery of work for promotion of the exhibition and DAC.

Digital manipulation/editing may be used as a presentational tool in support the image’s organic potential (e.g. minor formatting, cropping, sizing, and natural balance tone, and color).
